Rincón is a small, peaceful town located on a point on the
westernmost tip of the island where the Atlantic meets the
Caribbean. 1000' high mountains drop to sea level, providing
spectacular views. It is known for beautiful sunsets and home to
excellent surfing in the winter months, when the Atlantic and
Caribbean currents collide, while humpback whales migrate offshore.
The west coast is much more laid back than the bustling San Juan
area. It is the perfect place to escape your cares, relax, and enjoy
the tropical breezes.

Rincón is known as the "land of the beautiful sunsets". The beaches
are quiet and uncrowded. There are a number of excellent
restaurants, including continental and traditional Puerto Rican fare.
It's the perfect "escape"!
